"Extremely professional and responsive. Both Taylor in the field, and Britney as service manager in the office were prompt and courteous in a difficult situation. The water damage occurred in my Florida condo and was discovered by a friend who checks the premises while I'm home in New York. There was extensive damage to walls, baseboard, carpet and furniture. The team provided disaster restoration and cleanup services immediately and had dehumidifying fans running constantly for many days.
